Screen Print Questions

95%+ of our work is soft hand plastisol and we additionally offer waterbase printing, discharge printing, and specialty inks like puff ink and reflective. For front and backs of tshirts, long sleeves, and hoodies, we can print a maximum 15" wide x 21" tall. For sleeves and jogger pants, we can 't print a maximum 4.75" wide x 21" tall
We mostly print on tshirts, long sleeve, and hoodies but can also print shorts, pants, tote bags, and some jackets. Anything that has one layer of fabric.
Our machines can print up to 10 colors. Typically designs above 10 colors are highly complex with halftones. In these situations we use a 10 color simulation process to achieve the additional colors.
DTG is great for low quantity orders (<12 pieces) or small orders with tons of colors. Screen printing is the preferred printing method for most any orders above 24 pieces. We don't offer DTG printing but can recommend someone to you.
Puff ink and reflective are the most popular specialty prints.

We keep the art files and art separations. Those are yours to keep and use anyway you need. The actual screens will be kept for about 4 weeks and eventually reclaimed to make new artwork.

We accept high-resolution vector files, such as AI, EPS, or PDF formats. If submitting raster files, such as PNG or JPEG, ensure they are at least 300 DPI at the desired print size. If you’re unsure about your file format, contact us, and we can help you prepare it for printing.
Yes, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to match colors as accurately as possible. Please provide the specific Pantone numbers for your design, and we’ll ensure a close match using our Pantone mixing system.
Yes, we offer eco-friendly, water-based, and discharge ink options. These inks provide a softer feel and are an excellent choice for environmentally conscious projects. Let us know if you’d like to explore these options for your order.

Basic Questions

To keep our process efficient our minimum order size is 40 pieces. This is per artwork. You can use different color tshirts and ink colors.
For retail orders, any damages that we find during our QC process will be deducted completely from your invoice. We will only charge you for shirts you receive. This include holes in the garment from manufacturers and misprints.
No! None! No setup fees, no screen fees, no rush fees, no shipping fees, no art separation fees, no worries!
Typically 5-7 business days. We wont charge rush fees if you need if sooner. Let us know.
Most screen printers advertise low prices but then charge $25 screen fees for each color in your design, $2.00 mark-up on shirt blanks, 30-50% rush fees, and shipping fees! On a 100-piece order with a 5-color print, that adds $325 in fees! That’s a bait and switch! We got rid of the fees and created THE MOST SIMPLE and transparent pricing in the industry.

Yes! Are you in LA County or at least within 30 miles of us? We can use local same-day courier services to deliver your order. No charge.
Once you approve the photo sample of your design, we typically have your order printed, boxed and ready to ship the same day. We use UPS Ground. That's 1 day shipping for West Coast orders, 2-3 days to the Midwest and 4-5 days to the East Coast. Expedited Shipping Available. Local orders within 30 miles of 90712 can be shipped same day with local courier services. Otherwise reference the map below for UPS shipping timelines.
The average size box is 72 tshirts. It is 20"x16"x12". Each of our boxes are labeled on the outside with the box contents, making your inbound processing a breeze.
Every order includes detailed packing list showing the amount of boxes shipped and the exact styles and sizes in each box. We stay organized so you can too.
We process and print orders quickly so that shipping doesn't have to cost you a fortune. We typically ship UPS Ground but can offer you any available faster shipping methods from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. No uncharge, just pay the expedited shipping difference.
To qualify for contract screen printing, you should have a CA Resellers License, you should have screen print ready artwork, and you should be familiar with Pantone matching and art sizing.
